Shipping & Returns
General
If you are not 100% satisfied with your online purchase, we will accept returns up to 30 days from purchase for a refund. Proof of purchase or packing slip invoice is required. Please note, personalized and customized orders are considered final sale and cannot be returned.

If your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email. This email will have the tracking number for your package. You can use the tracking number via FedEx.
Mass is unable to cancel orders once they have been placed. However, we do offer refunds on returns within 30 days. Once you receive your order, you can return your order for a refund.
